THE VILLA
Located just 2 km from San Giovanni d’Asso in the Val d’Orcia region, Verninelle is a beautifully restored farmhouse of 778 m2, offering total privacy for your relaxed and luxurious holiday.
Its traditional Tuscan architecture, characterized by its stone façade, exposed beam ceilings and terracotta floors, create a cozy yet refined atmosphere. The tuscan-style furnishings embrace simplicity, warmth and a connection to nature, inviting you to relax and unwind in a space that feels both timeless and effortlessly sophisticated.
Also perfect as a wedding location, the expansive green lawn, gardens, mature trees and private swimming pool (15m x 5m) with surrounding terraces, provide an ideal environment for your event. The property also features a bocce court and home gym.
MAIN HOUSE

with 4 luxurious bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. There are 2 spacious living rooms with TV’s, a grand and very well equipped kitchen with dining room and terraces located around the villa property for outdoor dining. A large gas BBQ Weber grill is adjacent to the porticato. The house also has a separate laundry room.
GUEST HOUSE

With 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main level features a large room consisting of the living room (TV) , kitchen and dining space, while the lower level features a huge TV and family room. The guest house has it’s own laundry room as well.
OUTDOOR
In between the main- and guest house there is a bocce-court .
A big swimming pool (15 x 5 m) is the cherry on top !
Both homes have air conditioning, WiFi, security alarm and access to the pool and grounds.
There is ample parking in the courtyard and the property is accessible through an electric gate.
